  I don't seem to have any serious issues here. They are short staff, which may cause you to wait. The one staff that's there if busy working on someone, will ask me the nature of my visit. I generally pay my bill in person. As soon as he gets a brake, I'm taken care of and I'm out. I have had my phone service for about a year and half. I have no complaints with their services at that store or online. I came to them from Verizon. I have a lot of reasons why I'm pleased with my change. One staff is not enough for that store. He tries to give you his full attention, which may cause the next people to wait.
