She loves a soft mattress but I love a firm mattress, so Ken indulged both of us then narrowed it down in the most pleasant way possible. Seemed very honest and was extremely helpful. Delivery was very quick and easy, and the guys were friendly. Only complaint is that the mattress was not available until a few weeks later, but that's not the fault of any personnel we interacted with.
