  We were in the store looking at mattresses 10 years ago and when it came time to get a new mattress, this was the only mattress store we were going to buy from. Unlike other stores, you are not harassed by the staff as soon as you walk in and they do not try to up-sell you. They are also very knowledgeable about the current brands and even brands that are discontinued. We were greeted by Wesley and we told him what kind of mattress we had before and that we are looking for the same level of mattress. We had our minds set on what we thought we wanted and Wesley showed us several different manufacturer model beds. Against our initial wishes, he asked us to try out a bed we had not wish of laying down on and our minds were blown. Wesley spent the time to oblige us with want we thought we wanted but pointed us to exactly what our body's needed. They have a large selection of bedding to choose from and the staff are extremely friendly. When it comes time to purchase a new mattress, you cannot go wrong with the store and staff at The Mattress Factory on Baltimore Pike in Springfield, PA.
